昭和七年（1932年）の神輿修繕の際、蕨手上部の錺金具は撤去され、現在の体裁へと改められたことが知られる。鋭利な鏨（たがね）による精緻な毛彫が施され、連綿と受け継がれてきた錺（かざり）の豪奢さを今に伝えている。幾度かにわたる損傷とその修補の痕跡が、撤下の主な理由であったと推察される。During the restoration of the mikoshi in 1932 (Shōwa 7), the decorative warabite-style fittings at the upper section were removed, resulting in the structure’s current appearance.

These fittings featured intricately carved kebori (fine line engraving) made with a sharp chisel, reflecting the enduring opulence of traditional metal ornamentation.

It is believed that the primary reason for their removal was due to repeated damage and visible traces of previous repairs.
